In October 2014 I directed a grotesque farce from the Grand Guignol canon, Tics or Doing the Deed (Après Coup!… ou Tics) by René Berton at The Flea Theatre in New York City. With twice as many votes from the audience than the other two plays (51%), Tics won the first Cutthroat Duel and was extended for a longer run in January 2015. Ellen Joffred, the Flea’s dramaturg, interviewed me about the show. To read the interview, click here.
